What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

For me adopting this belief is fundemental. We all have it within us to suceed and we can be as sucessful as we make our mind up to be. I will be hosting a workout at the end of April that will focuss on exactly what we do hold within us.

 The one day workout is designed for women who want to be more assertive, who would like better relationships, who know its time for a change and want more in  their life.

As with all my workouts I adopt a holistic approach and there will be a guided meditation and a 1hr bellydance class taught by Susan French.

I want to wish you a warm welcome to this site. I have begun an amazing journey into self fulfillment by starting my own Professional Coaching business called Your Life Gym. To work as a coach is an absolute dream!  I get excited at being able to contribute and play a part in people’s lives to help them to create happiness, joy and fulfillment!  My definiton of coaching is to empower mind body and soul by guiding individuals to achieve their goals by helping them to focus on where they are now and helping themget to their desired point in the future.

If you wanted to learn to drive you would employ a driving instructor or if you wanted to learn a musical instrument you would hire a music teacher to help you improve your performance. I believe it is no different if you want to improve your life.

Imagine a relationship where the total focus is on you, on what you want in life, and on what will help you achieve it.

Imagine someone listening, notonly to your words, but also whats behind them -who even listens to the spaces between the words. Someone in tune with the nuances of your voice, your emotion, and your energy - who is intent on receivingeverything you communicate. Someone who listens to the very best in you, even when you can’t hear it in yourself.

Imagine someone who will hold you accountable and keep you moving forward toward your dreams and goals.

Imagine a relationship with someone who is totally curious about your dreams and aspirations, what makes you tick, what you value, what you are most passionate about in your life - a person who will help you clarify your goals and provide tools for action and learning that lead to the results you want.

Imagine a relationship in your life with a person who is sometimes even more committed to what you want in your life than you are.

Imagine what it would be like if someone knew your values and life purpose and was holding you true to them - someone who would hold the flag at the top of the hill, encouraging you to press on, someone to celebrate your victories and help you learn from your setbacks.

Imagine a relationship with someone who will absolutely tell you the truth - the truth about where you are strong, and where you sell yourself short. Someone who knows you can handle it and knows what you want. Someone who sees how big you can be and constantly holds that big image for you - even when you can’t hold it for yourself.

Imagine someone who listens to you without judgement and allows you to show emotion - in fact accepts you without analysing you. Imagine you get to talk to this person every week, even when you’ve just made a mess of things or when you’ve had great success. This is the place you visit regularly and consistently…to consolidate, to intergrate and to push on.

Imagine a relationship where you finally break free of thoseself-limiting conversations you’ve been having over the years - where the voices of sabotage are simply noticed for what they are and the powerful part of you is always encouraged. (author unknown)
