Confident People - Creating your perfect life

If you stopped and took a good hard look at your life,
- Are there things in your life that you are not entirely happy with?
- Are there areas of you life you would like to change?
- Are you the person you most want to be?
- Is this the life you were born to live?
- How satisfied are you?
- Are you operating below your full potential?
Maybe you want to leave / recover from a bad relationship. You might currently be in a dead-end career, recovering from a harmful habit / addiction or are you unhappy with your weight?

Confident People is a workshop for those who are curious about life coaching and for those who feel that their confidence could do with a boost.

The workshop will cover:
- Goal Setting
- Looking at your beliefs
- Negative patterns
- Healing the hurt
- Dealing with fear
- Using the body

There will also be a 1hr Bollywood Dance class by Sarah Jane Silverton.

Sarah-Jane has been dancing since the age of seven and went on to graduate from Middlesex University with a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts. She has been dancing and acting professionally for 12 years and her credits include; many pantomimes across the country, cruise ships and other contracts abroad, pop videos and corporate events.
She made her first trip to India two and a half years ago to dance in the movie ‘Apne’ and immediately fell in love with the country, the culture and of course, Bollywood! Spread over 5 trips Sarah-Jane has spent a total of 12 months in India, living and working in Mumbai and traveling a little in between, notably to Pune and Dharamsala for meditation.

Her Bollywood credits total almost 20 films, including ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’, ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom’, ‘Ta Ra Rum Pum’, ‘Jaan-e-Mann’, ‘Aaja Nachle’, ‘U me Aur Hum’ and ‘Heyy Babbyy’ (where she also had the pleasure of slapping Akshay Kumar in the face playing a mum in a supermarket!) She also played a panicking nurse opposite Argen Rampal’s fake doctor in ‘I see You’. But the credit she is most proud of is ‘Om Shanti Om’, dancing in the hit song Dard-e-Disco alongside Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan!

The class will begin with some gentle stretching and then a warm-up copying some fun Bollywood moves. Sarah-Jane will then teach a short routine to a hit Bollywood song.

Bollywood dancing does not require perfect technique or strict training, the majority of its stars have neither! Bollywood dancing is simply a celebration of life and of the joy that comes from dancing just for the sake of dancing! It matters less what you look like and more about the energy and enthusiasm you bring to it. It is dance exactly as it should be, lighthearted and above all…fun!
