For some you will be sharing it with that someone special in your life while others alone but what many of us forget is the most important person you are in a relationship with is YOU.</p>
<p>How are you showing LOVE to yourself today? You are the only one you are with all the way through from the begining to the end.</p>
<p>Try saying one of these affirmations: </p>
<p><strong>I love and accept myself fully as I am.</p>
<p>I open my heart to more love every day.</p>
<p>Today my love shines out from my heart and touches everyone I meet.</strong></p>
<p>Try and repeat your affirmation over and over throughout the day. If you can say your affirmation out loud several times its even more powerful.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Looking after number one may seem like a selfish attitude, but how you care for yourself is the foundation on which you build your life.</p>
<p>2013 I am determined to be the best version of me that I can. I want to focus on MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.</p>
<p>Month by month I am setting an intention to focus on at least one of the above areas however they cannot be tackled in isolation and by the very nature of how I work at times I will holistically approach and uncover the best version of ME.</p>
<p>For January I have to admit I am setting an intention of uncovering the healthier and fitter version of ME which will be a longer term intention as part of the process will be to shed  weight.</p>
<p>Motivation</p>
<p>There are eight major groups of motivating factors &#8211; the things that normally fire people up to get slimmer. These are appearance, short term health, long term health, wardrobe, sex and partnerships, career/work, everyday life and self esteem and social relations. </p>
<p>What&#8217;s motivating me?</p>
<p><strong><br />
ALL OF THE ABOVE</strong></p>
<p>I have spent years &#8220;on&#8221; and &#8220;off&#8221; diets and at times I actually found myself heavier than I was when I started the cycle of yo-yo dieting.<br />
I have actually lost weight successfully many times, only to put it all back on again. However there have been times when I have failed because I couldnt stant the &#8220;diet&#8221; &#8211; (the latest fad) or the deprivation I felt. Yes I know I am not special and I am approximately one of ten million people in this country who are &#8220;Fat and Fed Up&#8221; but <strong>ENOUGH IS ENOUGH</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As I approached my Birthday this year (today) I am taking a deep yogic breath. It&#8217;s almost as though I am bringing in a 2nd New Year within the space of a few days.</p>
<p>I hadn&#8217;t been excited about the prospect of another birthday looming however after some reflection instead of my usual thinking of &#8220;oh c**p I am another year older where are the years going?&#8221; and then my positive mind chatter jumping in with &#8221; it doesn&#8217;t matter &#8211; age is just a number&#8221; and experiencing that sinking feeling of disappointment because I am actually unconvinced I am delighted to say that I am actually excited due to my new perspective.</p>
<p>Age is simply the number of years the world has enjoyed you and the purpose of my life is to be and become the very version of ME.</p>

<p>For centuries the practice of taking time out to do something different has been recognised as a sure fire way of recharging your batteries, igniting your enthusiam and solving problems. In business its called a sabatical, others may call it going on a retreat. </p>
<p>As a Coach I believe we could all benefit from this simple procedure. You don&#8217;t have to spend a week as a hermit on a mountain top. Just a one day break will realise amazing benefits.</p>
<p>Many of my clients benefit from this simple change to their routine. When you put a little distance between yourself and your routine challenges or issues, you see them in a different light and from a different perspective. You may even create a few miracles for yourself as a result. These will come as flashes of intuition that can lead you to take the action needed to resolve a provlem.</p>
<p>Clients are amazed how easy this is they are &#8220;off the treadmill&#8221; and just by being in a different place they find just by being in a different place they find their thoughts turn into solutions and answers rather than problems and challenges.</p>

<p>Have you taken the time to set your goals properly and created a plan for their achievement.</p>
<p>I recomend that you teke 3 -4 hrs to create your plan for 2011. Maybe your already saying BUT&#8230;.I don&#8217;t have time!!!</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t cut corners its your LIFE here.</p>
