Developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP is broadly based on the therapeutic work of Fritz Perls (Gestalt Therapist), Virginia Satir (Family Therapist) and Milton Erickson (Psychiatrist).
Neuro – deals with how your brain works and processes information through your 5 senses.
Linguistic – involves the language patterns you use.
Programming – refers to how you structure your communication and thinking to get the results you want.

I am registered as a practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. A number of years ago I completed NLP Practitioner Level Training with Dr Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP) and John Lavalle to achieve the standard of NLP Practitioner.
