Holistic Weekend / Retreat

Indians we are told do it more than any other nation. People with religious beliefs do it once a year. You can do it whenever you like.

For centuries the practice of taking time out to do something different has been recognised as a sure fire way of recharging your batteries, igniting your enthusiam and solving problems. In business its called a sabatical, others may call it going on a retreat.

As a Coach I believe we could all benefit from this simple procedure. You don’t have to spend a week as a hermit on a mountain top. Just a one day break will realise amazing benefits.

Many of my clients benefit from this simple change to their routine. When you put a little distance between yourself and your routine challenges or issues, you see them in a different light and from a different perspective. You may even create a few miracles for yourself as a result. These will come as flashes of intuition that can lead you to take the action needed to resolve a provlem.

Clients are amazed how easy this is they are “off the treadmill” and just by being in a different place they find just by being in a different place they find their thoughts turn into solutions and answers rather than problems and challenges.

SELF DISCOVERY WEEKEND – A Journey Within

Date: 1st – 3rd July 2011

 Venue: The Abbey, Sutton Courtenay, Oxfordshire

The Abbey is a unique medieval building, set in extensive grounds, tucked away in the small village of Sutton Courtenay, just 10 miles south of Oxford –  a peaceful yet creative setting that never ceases to inspire all who visit.

Accommodation

A variety of simple, comfortable bedrooms in the Abbey and Guest House and workouts will take place in the great hall.

Investment: £290 (Save when two or more places are booked together).

What does the weekend include?

Workouts:

Looking inwards discovering / rediscovering your “Authentic Self” - What’s your story? Moving your life from “ok ” to “OUTSTANDING”

Working with the Inner Child – Working with the inner child is where we work with your history, your life experiences, belief systems and defence mechanisms. We assist you to reframe and heal your history. You awaken your spiritual nature. You learn healthy and empowering life skills.

The Law of Attraction - Start using the Law of Attraction to help you attain everything that you desire in your life.

Zumba – Get out of of your head and move into your body. Come and join the party 1hr fitness class based on Latin rhythms.

Goal Setting – What do you want to achieve do you have the equipment to help get you there?

Reiki:

Included in this weekend is a  Reiki Healing session to facilitate a feeling of inner balance and deep relaxation. Reiki encourages your body’s natural ability to heal itself, and is channelled through the practitioner’s hands. The Reiki energy will then go as deeply into your body as it needs, gently helping it to restore itself. Reiki is particularly good for treating stress and anxiety but there is no health problem – physical, mental or emotional – for which Reiki cannot offer relief and frequent release.

Friday arrive between 4pm – 6pm. Dinner will be at 18:30pm followed by Spiritual Movie

Saturday – Breakfast 7am -8.30am – Workouts begin at 8:45am – 18:30pm Dinner and then relax

Sunday – Breakfast 7am -8.30am – Workouts begin at 8:45am – 16:30pm close.

Goals for 2011

Every New Years Day I take time to review the achievements and reflect on the lessons of the previous year as well as setting my intentions for the following year.

Have you taken the time to set your goals properly and created a plan for their achievement.

I recomend that you teke 3 -4 hrs to create your plan for 2011. Maybe your already saying BUT….I don’t have time!!!

Don’t cut corners its your LIFE here.
