Confidence / Self-Esteem Coaching
Building self-esteem is key to being successful and happy in your life. Low self-esteem can really hold you back from achieving what you want. Self-esteem is the degree to which you value and appreciate yourself. If you have a high self-esteem you will generally have a positive mental attitude, have a high self-worth and be confident in who you are and your abilities. You will have a high degree of control over your life and know what you want. I believe that self-esteem comes from within and, like a muscle, will get stronger the more we develop it. Many people experience a lack of self-confidence in certain situations or contexts. Common situations in which people can experience this state are before a test, dating, public speaking, stage fright, fear of driving, fear of flying, fear of commitment, fear of operations, fear of rejection or cold calling. Sometimes in other cases it is a more general feeling of lack of confidence. If you can think of any situations where this occurs then coaching can help.
