Testimonials

Your Life Gym“Margaret coached me towards the end of my first year of freelancing, following a six month career break. It had been reasonably successful year, but I felt that I needed to make greater efforts to move into the more creative territory that really interested me. The coaching sessions helped me to define clear goals, build confidence and become more aware of factors that might hold me back. After the first four or five sessions, the quality and quantity of my creative work had improved leaps and bounds and I was gaining a level of recognition for my output that I had not experienced previously. I would recommend life coaching in general – and Your Life Gym in particular – without hesitation.”

Stuart (Bromley)

I got to a stage in my life where I needed to move forward and get over certain obstacles that were obstructing my life and stopping me from moving into my future. I really didn’t want to go into counseling or therapy as I felt that was exploring the past which I really didn’t want to do.

I contacted Margaret and spoke to her about my thoughts and the need for a jump start to my life, and my fear of pondering on the past. Our first session was arranged, I was a bit nervous at first, but Margaret soon put me at ease.

I came out of the session feeling more positive about things having talked through my emotional stoppers and realized that my life goals are now achievable with a bit of hard work and focus.

The exercises that we carried out in the first session did act as the jump start I needed to move forward. I have been able to carry out the exercises that Margaret armed me with in every day life and Im really excited about working with Margaret again.

Flirt with Life – A truly inspiring workshop.  Margaret created a really welcoming, safe and non-intimidating environment to explore sensitive issues and I felt at ease immediately. Margaret provided plenty of tools for me to give myself a long overdue “kick start”, and I came away feeling a lot more positive about life.

The belly dancing was a fun, life enhancing finale to a wonderful day, and the delicious snacks Margaret provided gave me the energy to end the workshop feeling refreshed and uplifted

Confidence – It’s within you

I was lucky enough to be invited to attend a One day workshop based upon confidence.

Let me tell you it was an absolutely fantastic day. A totally freindly environment, where all of the participants felt safe to share and quickly bonded.
Through the exercises we did, which didn’t have to be shared, the chit chat, the learning curve, new freinds, and renewed confidence for the future, it was an absolutely fantastic workshop. Most certainly value for money, and i believe to be priceless, personally and to the other participants.

What a fantastic day! Personal issues were explored, new ways of dealing with things explored and challenged, new coping mechanisims and confidence building strategies, self analysis and ultimatly a thousand smiles shared amongst the group. Everyboby walked away happy. The positivity flowed from every individual with their smiles. We all met as strangers but quickly bonded as freinds. The workshop holder, Margaret, was able to cope with everybodies unique questions and give helpful, thoughtful resolutions or alternative techniques for people.

Apart from the superb buffet lunch at midday and the wonderful ongoing provision of refreshments by Anthony, the class finished with an hour long Belly dancing Class. I enjoyed it from the start, but after 10 mins I was guilty of looking at  the clock. Only due to unfitness. However. the class was fantastic, and at one stage I felt so emotional, in a spiritual way, that I was tearful. Later on I felt the pure elation of happiness, and i was dancing and giggling. Quite spiritual in deed. Such fun that I now want to find a local class.

I do know that during that class, which holistically rounded off the day, I was in a state of pure happiness. I was smiling from ear to ear and swirling with my veil, bending and twirling, dipping and wiggling everything all that I had. It was great., and so feminine.

Wonderful news that Margaret, the Life Coach has also decided to run The Race for Life on the 27th July aswell. She is that Lady who initially encouraged me to rise to the challenge, and at least twenty staff to do the same!

Sarah (Walton-on Thames)

“Margaret really helped me to get my life organized. She gave me some great tips on how to organise my life and I was able to work out my priorities and feel good about what I achieved. I have a completely different way of looking at life now!”

Sarah (Ealing)

“Margaret has a natural ability to put you at ease. She immediately sees the best in people and sees your potential, long before you have even dreamt of it.”
