Why low confidence means We do not Live an Authentic Life

Living a happy life, cherishing the lovely moments with your family and friends does not always means that you are being honest to yourself.

To live an authentic and true life means that you are accepting your reality. You understand what your roots and you stick with them no matter what. Furthermore, you have to accept your fears and sort out a way to deal with them.

If you are living in a shell and are not honest even with yourself, then you are missing out on true happiness and chance to enjoy life to its fullest. People are afraid to show their true self and sometimes they are not wrong.

The world, as we live in, is mean and the vulnerabilities of people exploit and bend the rules to their advantage. But in the process of trying to protect ourselves from them, we forget our true nature and started to live a fake life.

Living authentically means that you need to be brave enough to show your true side, vulnerable side to the people, and live while expressing the real thoughts and emotions. Like any other aspect, you need to be authentic with yourself as well.

Make a list of the ways you may not be living a genuine life.
